Technical Description of Tank Top Sampling Device
1. Equipment Overview
The tank top sampling device is used to extract samples from high-level containers (such as storage tanks), usually achieved through manual control for precise sampling. This device is suitable for industrial processes that require environmental protection requirements.
2. Working principle
Apply slight pressure: Before opening the vent valve, the equipment applies a small pressure load to the container to prevent it from being damaged by impact.

Close the lower valve: After sampling is completed, close the drain valve to prevent liquid leakage.
3. Sample injection process

4. The sample enters the sampling bottle
Connect to the output end of the tank top sampling device through a pipeline to directly receive samples.

5. Precautions
Ensure that there is no liquid residue at the bottom of the container, otherwise it will affect the positioning and injection effect of the float.
Regularly check the sealing and connection of the floating ball device to prevent leakage.
Avoid overloading or overpressure during operation to ensure safe operation of the equipment
6. Safety requirements
