Technical Description of Particle Sampling Device
1、 Structure and Composition
Sampling subject: composed of valve body, sampling plunger rod, screw, handwheel, sampling control valve, and sampling bottle.
Sampling chamber: The interior is designed with a U-shaped sampling chamber to accommodate particulate matter.
Sampling port: connected to a sampling bottle or collection container.
Sampling principle: The plunger rod extends outward to drop particles into the U-shaped groove, and when the sampling amount is reached, the sampling valve is closed,
Drive mode: It can be pneumatic or manual.
Sealing structure: Ensure the sealing inside and outside the equipment, prevent leakage, and use 0-ring sealing rings or other sealing components.
2、 Working principle
Open sampling:
Ensure that the interior of the equipment is dry, and the operator presses the control button or handwheel of the drive system to initiate the sampling process. Open the sampling valve to allow particulate matter to enter the U-shaped groove, and the particulate matter to be sampled falls into it. The driving system extracts particulate matter from the U-shaped sampling chamber and outputs it to the sampling bottle or other collection container through the sampling port.
Close sampling:
When the operator closes the button or operates the handwheel, the sampling port is closed, and the particulate matter enters the sampling channel. When operating under pressure, one control valve is opened to enter the sampling quantitative tube. Close one control valve and then open two control valves. The particulate matter enters the sampling bottle and ends the sampling process.
